14MM MALE 19MM FEMALE DIFFUSER DOWNSTEM

14mm Male to 19mm Female

The 14mm Male 19mm Female Diffuser Downstem is a glass downstem that connects a 14mm male bowl to a 19mm female joint, so it works as a handy adapter as well as a diffuser. If your bowl has a 14mm male joint but your bong has a 19mm female opening, this piece bridges the gap. The diffuser design is meant to break the smoke into smaller streams as it travels through the water, which many people like for a smoother hit.

It comes in a wide range of lengths, from 3 in (7.5 cm) up to 8.5 in (21.25 cm), so you can match it to the height and water depth of your piece. The page notes that lengths may vary by a quarter of an inch (about 0.6 cm). The length selector is spelled “Lenght” on the listing and shows the 4 in size twice, so double-check your choice before you order. It’s also offered in several color options, which lets you pick a look that suits your bong or add a little color to a clear setup.

Because it’s made of glass, it’s easy to clean and easy to see when it’s time for a rinse. It’s a useful replacement for a broken or worn-out downstem, a good way to adapt a favorite bowl to a new bong or a low-cost upgrade for a piece you already own. At this price, it’s easy to keep a spare on hand. Just make sure your joint sizes match before you buy.
