The Ciggie Manual Cigarette Tube Injector is a simple, hand-powered way to fill your own tubes. It's made of plastic and listed with an 84 mm size (about 3.3 inches), and with no batteries or plugs involved, it's about as straightforward as a tool gets.
A manual injector is a nice fit for people who like to work at their own pace. You control how much goes in and how quickly, and the compact plastic body is easy to store in a drawer or a bag. Check the 84 mm size against the tubes you plan to use, and you're set.
It works well as a starter tool, a backup to a bigger machine, or a small gift for someone who rolls their own.
